Join the world’s first luxury chocolate social club as our Brand Manager. Choco Libre is a secret society devoted to the world’s greatest chocolate. We design unforgettable experiences for corporate gifting, VIP tastings, brand activations, and pop-up retail.


This is the perfect role for an early to mid-career high-energy human who loves bringing big ideas to life (2-5 years experience)! You'll be working on a range of go-to-market strategies and testing different channels for growth. Your work will span marketing, social media, project management, production, customer experience, and making it happen. You love getting sh*t done.


This is a half-time opportunity with potential to grow quickly into a full-time position. This is the first spinoff venture of Storied, a storytelling firm, www.getstoried.com. You must be based in Los Angeles and able to commute to/from our office in Playa Vista.

Requirements

  • Test corporate gifting sales channel with initial pilot enterprise clients
  • Manage weekly pop-up retail/tasting events, including booking and logistics
  • Coordinate in-person VIP tastings and brand activation partnerships
  • Support UX research, CX touchpoints, retail displays and website copy
  • Work with social team to manage weekly social media execution
  • Coordinate next gen product design and production cycle for v2 packaging
  • Coordinate outreach, on-boarding and continuity for our early supporters
  • Master of checklists, routines, and time management (obsessively so)
  • Digital master including expert knowledge of Google Apps and other SaaS
  • Ability to self-manage with strong ethic for details, standards, and follow-through
  • Engaged with ever-changing marketing and social media playbook
  • Willingness to learn continuously and be stretched out of your comfort zone
  • Disciplined practice of care for self, relationships, and larger community
  • Background in marketing, social media, luxury retail, media/entertainment, or production - required

    This is a part-time position, 20 hours per week, starting as soon as possible. With potential for growth to full time over next 3 months. Minimum of 2-5 years of previous related experience required.
